City of Stamford, CT Terrorism Drill (09/23/2006)
| Description: | These pictures are of a drill conducted in the City of Stamford in which all agencies were tested on how they could work together. This particular scenario simulated a terrorist attack on the transportation system. The scenario involved a car bomber blowing up a bomb under i-95 which was directly adjacent to the Stamford Transportation Center (Trains and Buses). A secondary device never detonated (see the pictures). Ruble was carted in from a nearby demolition project and spread all over the place as well as destroying many cars with a front loader. |
